Ditty’s Pie Crust(submitted by Gail Underwood)
Directions:
1. Mix egg, Geaux Jus and enough water to make 1 cup liquid2. Cut the lard, butter, or Crisco into flour.3. Gently knead together and rest 30 minutes in refrigerator. Makes 2 crusts, top & bottom.
